THE WOMAN IN THE WINDOW: Mistery portrait

What is your platonic love? In today's world,many teenagers or not just them,claim that they follow or love any famous person or somebody inaccessibel,what is more it is their first priority.They believe that this person is practically perfect and they have a beautiful live.In some case,we have the opportunity to meet them,which is amazing.Thus,not all that glitters is gold,meeting these desirable people could be different that we had supposed or ,what is worse,could have involved in a dramatic fact.When Richard Wanley looks,every single day,the window in the window could never magine his first encounter.

The woman in the Window is an American thriller and noir film.In 1944,Fritz Lang directed this suspense movie,which was based on the novel Once off Guard by J.H.Wallis.Thus,I must make clear that the director substituted the film's ending due to the Moralistic Production Code of the time.It's fair to point out that the term noir film was a new term in order to describe new gender about suspense,in part owing to The Woman in the Window.

The film tells over a famous psychology,Richard Wanley (Edward G.Robinson),who lives alone due to his family is on vacation.One night,during a friendly meeting,Wanley sees an impressive portrait of Alice Reed in a storefront window.They agree over the pretty woman.After he goes out in a club,Wanley had have several drinks in a club,he decides to stop in front of the portrait.Surprisendly,Alice Reed (Joan Bennett) is there.She gets to convince him to have a long drink Reed's.To tell the truth,this night gets over a dramatic way when an unexpected visit gets home.The millionaire Claude Mazard (Arthur Loft),Reed's lover,gets angry to see Wanley there.and a consequence the evening becomes to a dramatic date.

In a nutshell,the author give a masterly direction in the plot taking into account its beginning.Maybe,if Richard Wanley had known the consequences of the woman in that picture beforehand,he would have changed his destiny.In my honestly view,for all lovers of suspense movie The Woman in the Window is an absolutely a must.                                                                                                                    ....agoraphobia hasn't ravaged my life so much as become it.

POLICE ACADEMY : The new police recruits

Do you remember summer open-air cinema? Nowadays,it's crystal clear that watching a movie in the cinema,not only is it absolutely comfortable,but it also more variety.Lately,enormous screens,multiple rooms along with the possibility to buy tickets online beforehand make us easier to go to the cinema.What's more,few years ago,in some rooms you can watch while you're laying in your seat.However,in the past or at least when I was a child,there weren't too much cinemas and only you can choose one film,but to my view,my favourite ones summer open-air cinema.So,the first one which I watched there was Police Academy.

The newly-elected mayor implement a new measure which will accept all recruits that want to enter to Academy police due to a shortage of officers,regardless of gender,body weight,skin color or age.Due to this measure,diverse police project want to ....Carey Mahoney (Steve Guttenbeng),Moses Hightower (Bubba Smith),David Graf (Eugene Tackleberry),Kim Cattrall (Karem Thomson) among others try to convince the tight instructors,however this fact won't be easy a change to the new cadets.Thaddeus Harris (G.B.Bailey),an ambitious instructor along with Commandant Eric Lassard (George Gaynes) go through a plenty of hilarious and inappropiate situations with these recruits which make them considerer the main idea of this academy.

Anyway,although the plot is not exactly serious,rather the opposite it is absolutely hilarious and I'm sure you never forget the role of Mahoney,Hightower or Tackleberry.I recommend you watch given that it is an entertaining story that makes you about the police's world.In addition,it was way ahead of its time according to humour comedies :thinking about this way of recruits academy was really creative,don't you think?

TROY : Fall of a city

If you could go back in time,what year would you travel to? I must make clear that my favourite time is the Trojan war.It's absolutely clear that there are numerous seasons around the history really amazing.What's more,some of them are essential to know in order to understand and not to make the same mistakes over some current situations.However,as I mentioned before,my favourite one is Troy period,and from my point of view this film perfectly shows us.

Troy is a historical and drama film.It was directed by Wolfgang Petersen and written by David Benioff.The main point of this amazing film is its cast,Brad Pitt,Eric Banaand Orlando Bloom achieve more realist to this epic war.It is worth highlighting that this film is based on Illiad by Homer,although it included scenes on Odyssey by Homer,and Aeneid by Virgil.Furthermore,Troy received a nomination Academy Award and it made over $500 million worldwide.

During a battle between the armies of King Agamemnon of Mycenae and King Triopas of Thessaly,the well-known warrior Achilles fight,who not only is the best warrior,but also insurgent.While the war is not finished,during a party in Sparta,Prince Hector and his younger brother attend in order to achieve a peace with Menelaus,king of Sparta.It is supposed that the situation will be best,however,not all glitters is gold due to Paris is having an affair with Menelaus- wife,Queen Helen.What is more,Paris decides to hide Queen Helen in their vessel which this fact makes Hector gets angry and what is worst,Menelaus with Agamemnon decide to take Toy,and the best warrior to commit this point is the great Achilles.

This film is exciting and pretty distracting,especially after the first epic fight.Although it takes almost 3 hours,it is entertaining to watch and it is considered,it is the faithful reflection of what it happens.I strongly recommend 'Troy' to anyone who enjoys historical movies......War is young men dying and old men talking.

LIFE OF BRIAN : Always look on the bright side of life

Can you imagine our life after this lockdown ? As a mentioned in my last reviews,we are leaving tough times,but it seems to be we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.However incredible this idea might seem,as Life of Brian said,always look on the bright side of life.

Monty Phyton group (Graham Chapman,John Cleese,Terry Gilliam,Eric Idle,Terry Jones and Michael Palin) stared and wrote Life of Brian.This British comedy film was in 1979.This film cotains strong and controversial ideas about religion which brings hard criticism from some religious groups,in addition,some cities such as Norway or Ireland banned this movie.Yet,It's fair to point out that Life of Brian is considered the best one on the list of the 50 greatest comedy films.

To start off,Brian Cohen (Graham Chapman) was born the same that Jesus was born.This curiosity confuses for three wise men when they are visiting Jesus and they give the present to Brian instead of Jesus,which shows us how to will be Brian's inusual life.Brian is a rebelious and idealist teenager,who is not accepted Romane's rules in Judea.During Jesus's Sermon meets a beautiful young rebel,Judith.His loves for her makes to join the 'People front of Judea'.It is a independence movements and that is always confrontanted to Roman's ideas.Not only is his life rebel but it also a cahotil as well,which follows after several misadventures and disagreement from Pontius Pilate.All changed definitly when Brian is proclaimed to be a Messiah,erroneously,due to his uncommon speech claims into the growd like a trendy religious movement.

If you like watching laughing stories this film us suitable for you because there are many situations that keep you amusing.For all lovers of comedy film is a must.

TOP SECRET : Licence to spy

I was wondering in this sad situation,what would it be the best film to laugh? in order to forget it,at least during two hours.Top Secret,without a doubt whatsover,is absolutely great to have fun.It's crystal clear that we have to encourage to each other.My hummel recommendation is to rewatch Top secret,because I'm sure you had ever watched this well-known movie.This film has all essential ingredients,it is pretty funny,ingenious and pioneering.

Top Secret is an American comedy film.This 80s movie was directed and written by Jim Abrahams,David Zucker and Jerry Zucker in 1984.I must make clear that this hilarious film is clearly a parody over some styles such as musicals,spy gender and World War time,all of them with its particular way of entertaining the audience.Last but not least,Val Kilmer is the main start who was one of the well-known actors in 80s.

During Hitler's regime,Nick Rivers (Val Kilmer),an American famous rock start,is hired in order to participate in a military festival in East Germany.At a dinner,Nick meets a beautiful woman,Hillary Flammond (Lucy Gutteridge) who is a member of the resistence.She is trying to avoid the laws and the military regimen in order to save her father.Nick Rivers is absolutely convinced to help her father,although authorities and police would avoid this fact.After to escape,Nick knows all Hillary's resistence band,but what Nick doestn't know is that not only would be this adventure dangerous but it also chaotic.

Finally, the story is extremely original.I remember when I was a child never before had I watch anything like it. Moreover,its amusing plot will keep the viewer laughing from beginning to end. MOULIN ROUGE:Your song

Have you ever been in Paris? I must make clear that Paris is one of my favourite sites.Ten years ago,give or take,I visited Paris with my girlfriend and I have to point out that there is no comparison between its corners and other locations.Eiffel Tower,Louvre Museum or Notre Dame are considered its most remarkable seeings to visit.Thus,from my personal view,I reckon that seeing the Moulin Rouge was really attractive to me.It's highly likely that the main reason was watching this amazing film.

Moulin Rouge is a musical and romantic film.It was directed and produced by Baz Luhrmann in 2001.This movie was really successful and as a consequence,it was nominated for eight Oscars,winning two (the best art direction and best costume design).Its fair to point out that its main actors,Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor are amazing in their roles.

1900,it sets in the eternal city,Christian (Ewan McGregor) is really impressed with the most famous star of the Moulin Rouge Satine (Nicole Kidman).One night,their paths cross and they fall in love due to the fact he is seems to be a millionaire and he catches her with his poetry,on the other hand,Christian is astonishing over Sitine's beauty.Sitine's dream is to finance her own play with Christian's money,but she realizes that he is just a hummel poet.However,courtesan Satine goes through an internal struggle between her attraction to Christian and her initial ambitions and the  interest from the Duke (Richard Roxburgh) who promises her to achieve her dream.

I strongly recommend this film not only for its entertaining plot,but also for its well-known songs.In addition,its soundtrack is totally amazing which we can listen to well-known songs such as 'Your song','One day I'll fly away'or 'Nature Boy'.Given all facts I set forth … is definitely a must-watch movie!!.........The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love,and be loved in return.

UP : Adventure is out there

In these hard days,which numerous elderly people are suffering strong times.Elderly couples who are separated dramatically due to this fateful virus.It's fair to point out that in these situations growing other relationship.it's difficult to look back with some elements of nostalgia and we remember the special usually relationship between a grandfather and his grandchild,or in general between an elderly person and a child.Their curious conversations or their opposite point of views are totally unmatched.Thus,the film Up brings us all these feelings and situations and back to us our childhood.

Up is an animated comedy film in 2009.It was produced by Pixar Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures.The film received positive criticism due to became the first animated an 3-D film,besides it is considered one of the best animated films of all time.Last but not least,Up was the most success movie from this production just behind Finding Nemo and Toy Story,which meant to win two Academy Awards and nominated  for three more.  

To start off,Carl Fredricksen is a shy young child who idolizes the famous explorer Charles F.Muntz.When Carl becomes a teenager knows an extroverted girl named Ellie,a Muntz fan as well.Ellie'd loves living in a clubhouse (an abandoned house in the neighbourhood) move to a cliff overlooking Paradise Falls and Carl promise to achieve this dream,.Carl and Ellie share all their life together.They buy the clubhouse and restored to live there,after that try to move with an incredible plan lives in Paradise falls.But one day,Ellie suddenly falls ill and dies.This day,Carl's life changes dramatically due to the fact his wife is the whole life.However,all change when Russell,a young 'Wilderness Explorer' visit Carl in order to get a merit badge for helping elderly people.During this visit,Carl injures a worker,and he is ordered to move retirement home.In that moment,Elderly widower tacles his plan ....but with an unexpected guest.

What I really loved about the film is how the story is shown.I wanted to know what was going to happen to Russell and Carl with his house.Although the first part of the film is a little sad,I find it entertaining and haunting.Furthermore,this story should aware the essential role of elderly people in our society......Enjoy the little things in life for one day you'll look back and realize they were the big things.

This review is not the typical one due to the fact it is written through the prism which we are living inside a nightmare.After several days,it was really difficult to write because our personal situation is being dramatic.We are living days,which just see the sadness,tragedy and fear.The drama that we are go through makes us what lies ahead would be worst.However,incredible it might seem,in this situation raises the best  bofe human such as solidarity and support to stuggling this devil virus.As this film tells,it's crystal clear that we always find the silver linings play look to looking for the pursuit of happyness.

This American drama film is directed by Gabriele Muccino in 2006.It is based on the novel of the same name which was written by Gardner with Quincy Troupe.This amazing film is based on a true story.Besides,the strong point of this film is its main characters Will Smith and his son real son,Jaden Smith.They received numerous acclaim for their performance,in Will's case gave the opportunity to be nominated for an Oscar and Golden Globe for best actor.

1981,San Francisco,Chris Gardner (Will Smith) works long years and spend all his saves in order to invent a bone density scanners.After some demonstrations from different experts,this fact doesn't enough to earn money lo live and they suffer an insolvency familiar situation.For this reason,his wife Linda (Thandei Newton) leave the residential family home. but his son,Christopher (Jade Smith) keeps living with his father.One day,when everything seemed to be lost,suddenly Gardner is discovered for Dean Witter Reynols.First of all,he impresses him by solving a Rubik's Cube during a taxi ride,what seemed something minor could change his destiny. 

It's fair to point out that this review is absolutely directed from our current situation.Although the plot of this film is totally different over our global dramatic situation.I needed to write about my feelings and choose any heartening headline,which gives us force to don't give up.
To sum up,I highly recommend this film to anyone who is interested in the human mind,without a doubt whatsoever.

SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER : Stayin' Alive

Can you imagine dancing like Tony Manero? It's fair to point that over the years we find several examples of amazing and reference dancers,from Fred Astaire to Billy Elliot,or Alex Owens in Flashdance among others.For all of us,Dancing like us is totally unimaginable,not is it innate but it is also great dedication.However,the charisma of Tony Manero is on the top of the iceberg.

Saturday Night Fever is an American dance film.It was directed by John Badham.The strong point of this film is clearly John Travolta.The well-known actor shows his best version,which gave the opportunity to be nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor.I must make clear that its disco songs,arranged by Bee Gees,is considered one of most best soundtracks of all time.Six years later,there was a sequel,but it hadn't the same success despite John Travolta.Last but not least,the story is based on an article,which showed the disco lifestyle.

Anthony 'Tony' Manero (John Travolta) is a working-class young man who still lives with his parents.Malero spend his weekings in a famous pub,Odisea 2001.There,Tony to be thought of as the king of the dance floor,but he wants to make a name for oneself.Tony has a group of friends :Joey,Double J,Gus,Bobby C,and overall,Stephanie Mangano (Karen Lynn Gorney) who is Tony's dance partner.All things changed when they decide to sign up to a well-known competition.The film elapses among racial tensions,squabbling parents and Manero's routine life.However,this situation could change with this competition and his dream to make his mark in the world of dance.

Overall,Saturday Night Fewer is an amazing depiction of how could be the stuggle of a professional dancer.I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie.As I mentioned before,its soundtrack and Bee Gees are absolutely unforgettable .To sum up,for all lovers of John Travolta is a must.

THE KARATE KID : Was on,was

Are you a competitive person? Many people claim that you want to achieve your dreams,not only is it essential to be competitive,but also go through to get them.The famous sentence 'no pain,no gain' proves that.Yet,from my point of view,it's better take it easy and,mainly,never give up.I can't help saying that The Karate Kid is a perfectly example of constancy and overcome the adversities.So,Daniel LaRuso,trains and works inferiority conditions with respect to other guys.

The Karate Kid is an American martial arts film.It was directed by John G.Avildsen in 1984.The strenght of this film is its cast,Ralph Macchio,Pat Morita and Elisabeth Sue,without any doubts whatsoever.According to opinions,petitioned strongly for Morita-s inclusion and once the film released,it had a commercial success and positive critics.This amazing film is the first one of the sequels,after this success film,we can get Karate Kid II (1986),Karate Kid III (1989),The next Karate Kid (1994) and the last one was a remake with the same name and it was interpreted by Jackie Chang and Jaden Smith (Will Smith's son) in 2010.Nowadays,we can watch on Youtube channel and later on Netflix a Tv series which is based on Karate kid,30 years later and its famous gym.It is interpreted by Ralph Macchio and William Zabka

Daniel LaRusso (interpreted by Ralph Macchio) and his mother move from New Jersey to Los Angeles.Daniel is really discontent with this fact due to he leaves behind all his life.The owner of his rent apartment is an Asian eccentric named Mr.Miyagi who cares of bonsais but overall he is a martial arts expert.In high school,Daniel suffers bullying from a group of arrogant students,captained by Johnny Lawrence,a black belt and the top student from the 'Cobra Kai' dojo, given that Daniel starts a new relationship with Ali Mills (Elisabeth Sue) which draws the attention of Lawrence.On Halloween,Daniel goes through an unfortunate incident with Cobra Kai band.So,when an injured Daniel arrives home,Miyagi sees him.After this situation,Miyagi decides to help him to revenge,but in a fair play way....in the All.Valley Karate Championships.However,Miyagi's training are not the typical that Daniel thinks beforehand. 

I love The Karate Kid because the plot is so gripping that absorbs you in a fastinainting world of martial arts from the beginning to the end.Apart from that,this film is a reference to 80s movies,but rather its soundtrack and its famous phrases are considered deathless.For these reasons,I would  highly recommend this film to passionate of these genders.The final scene in the competition is simply great and its soundtrack,'You're the best',is amazing
