THE GOONIES : Where is the 'One-Eyed' Willy treasure?

It's difficult to look back on my childhood with some elements of nostalgia (this sentence is dedicated by my friend Antonio) I remember when I used to play with my friends make up adventures about treasures or mysteries.So,I'm sure if you watch Goonies for the first time,you'll remember these memories.Have you ever been a Goonie?

This blockbuster is an American adventure comedy produced (as could not be otherwise) by Steven Spielberg,and directed by Richard Donner.It was in 1985 and when Warner Bros released it,Goonies had a meteoric success as a consequence it grossed $61.5 million worldwide.What's more,it is considered a cult film.And last but not least,there are some curiosities about this amazing film,like its pirate ship was real,the soundtrack 'Eight Arms to Hold You' was not a success an that time however not it is not a really valuable,apart from games or Tv series (for instance 'Stranger things') which were influenced by Goonies.

In Astoria (Oregon),in a small seaside village in EEUU,live peacefully a group of teenagers (Mikey,Brand,Chunk,Mouth,Andy,Stef and Data),in a neigbourhood.However,one day their parents received a letter which tells about evictions their house owing to their debts.Some days later,this gang find a map of the treasure and they decide to looking for this treasure in order to pay these overwhelming payments.This amazing adventure not only is amazing but it is also dangerous due to the difficult and a ganster family (Jack,Francis,Sloth and Mama Fratelli) who try to get this treasure too,although Sloth became a Goonie.

Anyway, although the plot is not exactly a complex to understand I recommend you watch the film given that it is an entertaining story that makes you remember about your childhood.In addition, it was way ahead of its time:thinking of evictions and how these teenagers struggle about it at that time was really creative, don't you think ?

HOOSIERS : More than idols

Have you ever though a life without sport? It is often said that you do exercise,it doesn't matter whatever sport you practice,your body and your mind will be better.Nevertheless to say that if you have a goal,although it is difficult to get it,and you don't give,finally your reward will be bigger.For this reason,I've chosen Hoosiers,it is possible not it is a really famous film but it contains all these ingredients which I told before,

Hoosiers is a sport film.This unforgettable film is set in 1986.It was directed by David Anspaugh and written by Angelo Pizzo.Its main character are Barbara Hershey,Gene Hackman,Dannis Hopper and the musician Jerry Goldsmith (to its soundtrack),these last ones were nominated to Academy Award due to the amazing roles.Furthermore,Hoosiers received the independent Spirit award in 1986.It is considered a cultural,historical and aesthetically significant film by some critics,and mainly by Library of Congress.

This story starts when Norman Dale (Gene Hackman) arrives to a small rural village in Indiana (Hickory) in order train a high school basketball team that would like to win the state championship.Norman has to start from scratch in this village due to his past.Hickory citizens don't accept the decision about the new coach.However,Norman,with the collaborative of Shooter Flatch (who is a drunk,basketballbuzz and father of one player,interpreted by Dannis Hopper) and his basketball players work really hard and evenly to change the dynamic way,and his new neigbors to walk the talk to get the success.In the end,this team and its coach are totally an enormous example.

Don’t miss your chance to watch Hoosiers,because if you are sportbuzz and you enjoy with this type of films,This 80s movie is a must.Once you have watch it,you will never forget it.
