THE SHINING:A masterpiece of modern horror

Are you afraid to watch the shining? It's possible you had thought to watch this amazing film but some reviews or different opinions to look back it.I'll try to cheer up to watch this unforgettable movie.

The shining is masterfully produced and directed by Stanley Kubrick in 1980,which is based on Stephen King's novel.But mainly,the most important in this film is the main character Jack Torrance,who shocking interpreted by the movie star Jack Nicholson.
At the beginning,this film received countless strong criticisms and even two nominations for Razzie (awards to worst actress and director).Besides,It was the first film by Kubrick didn't receive any reward.Surprisingly,it is considered that 'The shining' is totally a classic masterpice in its category.

The films begins when Jack,an eccentric writer and recovering alcoholic,acepts a position as the off-season carataker in an isolated hotel in Colorado.There,He works as internal accompanied to his wife Wendy Torrance (Shelley Duvall) and his stanger young son,Danny Torrance (Danny Lloyd),who has skills to see past horror scenes that happenned in this hotel.Besides,the cook tells Danny regarding to a murder,a man kills his wife and two daughters,which happened there.The horror time starts when Jack is in her crazy-like state.

To conclude,some different scenes are unforgettable like Jack appears with the axe or two horror girls,which I show below. 

I strongly recommend this film not only for its entertaining plot but also for intriguing to each minute.Given all facts I set forth … is definitely a must-watch film!!

ROCKY : Never Give up!

Rocky is by far one of my favourite films.If you are looking for a fight and overcoming story about a boxer who, after many weird experiences, finds his dream, you should definitely watch it by Silvester Stallone.

This film,which is a series of seven boxing films,was brillant interpreted and directed by Silvester Stallone in 1976.The first film was an enourmous success and it got three Academy Awards (including the best movie),and last but not least it was the beginning of Stallone professional career.

Rocky is sets in Philadelphia.It shows the difficulties that Rocky Balboa finds to survive and mainly to become a boxer.The boxer,with his girlfriend Adriana (interpreted by Talia Share)and his famous coach (unforgettable played by Burt Young),struggles for his dream,which arrives when he manage to combat with the unquestioned world champion,Apolo Creed (fabulous played by Carl Weathers).

I love it because the plot is so gripping that absorbs you in a fascinating world of Rocky Balboa the beginning to the end. Apart from that, it is really well directed. For these reasons I would highly recommend this film to passionate of overcoming movies.Furthermore,its soundtrack (by Bill Conti) is probably one of the best masterpiece in the history of cinema,also it’s essential to listen in order to encourage or not to give up.
